Key responsibilities:

• Integrated CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Snowflake) and collaborated with CRM operations team to efficiently handle customer communication for millions of customers company-wide
• Led the migration of customer data from the US market (~9 million) and successfully managed the streaming of new customer data (>100k daily customers)
• Ensured GDPR compliance by actively managing CRM consent across all operating countries
• Deployed monitors on Datadog to track services executions using Terraform

Omnios is a software company that uses Artificial Intelligence to automate the analysis of unstructured information.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborated with front-end engineers to efficiently retrieve and load data from Twitter into MySQL database using Python scripts
• Utilized Python libraries, AWS Comprehend, and Lambda for tweet text processing and logo recognition, contributing to enhanced efficiency
• Successfully delivered projects within tight deadlines of 2 weeks, following Agile methodology
